Paige DeChausse brings a storyteller’s eye and more than a decade of experience alongside Kent Redding to her role leading marketing and supporting team operations. She turns the details that make a home distinctive into thoughtful campaigns, keeps the team’s many moving pieces organized, and helps agents deliver a consistent, attentive client experience. Her work combines creative instinct with practical follow-through, shaping how the Kent Redding Group presents its listings and connects with the Austin community.

That creativity extends to the stage. As frontwoman of The Reverent Few and a vocalist in PAACK, Paige has built a life in Austin music through longstanding residencies, regional touring, and performances alongside artists including Buddy Guy, Bret Michaels, Deana Carter, Yola, and Allison Russell. She also created an annual SXSW porch showcase in Hyde Park, bringing musicians and neighbors together in an intimate setting.

Community care is a thread through her work. Her contributions include musical workshops with Music Helps at Helping Hand Home for Children and founding The Motherload, an annual Rock-N-Roll for Respite Care benefit. Inspired by her experience caring for her mother through Alzheimer’s, the event brings musicians together to support caregivers and musician parents.

Paige and her husband and musical partner, guitarist and producer Nick James, are expecting their first baby in November 2026. Their family also includes their beloved Great Dane, Hugo.
