Swine worthy of swooning over, all these dishes are locally sourced and served in a romantic, rustic-contemporary setting. As one of East Austin's most beloved Gastro Pubs, this place fills up quick so it's best to reserve a spot on Open Table. 

The Happy Hour is unbeatable, 4:30 to 6:30 daily. Snag a seat inside and order up their delicious duck fat fries and fried chicken 🤤

This beloved Indian restaurant  resides in the historical Bertram Building, one of Austin's oldest establishments, built in 1853. The history and charm reverberates throughout the space, limestone arch ways and curry filled bellies always leave you feeling warmer than when you arrived!

 Locals love the curried mussels with garlic naan, Chicken Tikka & Mango Cheesecake. They also have a slew of tasty cocktails so skip the street side parking and #keepaustinweird with RideAustin.  

 Aviary Wine + Kitchen

Wine and Dine your date at Aviary! This cozy corner was established by lovebirds, Marco Fiorilo and Shanna Eldridge, wine enthusiasts who transcended their interior shop to a full service restaurant. 

Savory hot plates, full boutique vino list and some of the best damn service you'll ever experience. Reserve your table for Wednesday nights during their gypsy jazz hour, sure to impress any date 😍

Red Ash

Located in Austin's warehouse district, this wood-fired Italian style restaurant is downright delicious!  Be prepared to splurge or enjoy cheaper eats at the bar for Happy Hour, daily 4:30-6:30pm. 

They're most known for their hefty portions of dry aged steak, pasta dishes, fresh seafood, and international wine list.  We highly suggest splitting the Porter house steak and olive oil cake for dessert. The Pappar Adelle alla Bolognese is another team favorite.  Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time!

Late night romantic French 💋 cuisine + East Austin vibes 🔮🔮 Justine's hosts a slew of authentic events, photo ops and rowdy rendezvous parties. Patrons love the pork chop and steak tartar, but the locals LOVE their ever changing chalkboard menu. 

Live Blues music too! Heads up they don't accept reservations and they don't split checks ;) 

Beer Plant

Incredible Plant🥦 based gastro-pub with specialty cocktails, 40+ beers and cider on tap.  The buffalo cauliflower is a MUST try, along with the Hill Country chicken & gravy! Beer Plant is tucked away in Tarrytown where they offer free parking and a late night menu as well.
