Austin Market Update
Things are changing quickly but for the month of February during this COVID-19 pandemic, Austin's housing market was strong. Sales increased while listings decreased and inventory dropped. The market shows us it's strong, competitive and in high demand.
Historically low interest rates will continue to drive the market, but in these ever changing times with social distancing and shelter in place orders business will look a lot different for agents and consumers alike.
