"We have LOTS of friends who are realtors and brokers, but are so thankful we asked Kent to help us. Our house was going to be a hard sell -- after 35 years of not upgrading or repairing, our house needed siding, flooring, replacement of bathrooms, and popcorn ceiling removal, not to mention being packed full of 35 years of stuff! Kent took it as a fun challenge, and put it on the market on a Monday. He was showing it on limited hours that Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Kent set the price as a flip, as we'd agreed, and 70-80 people showed up the first day. They were lined up down the street, causing Google maps to show a red traffic jam in front of our house. It even made the news! People were still in line and were turned away at the end of the day, and returned the following day. The same number came that next day, and more the third day. He told them to have their best offer in by 5 pm on the following Monday. We got over 30 offers (!!), which he carefully vetted. Kent negotiated for us, and got $500 over the full appraisal value (!!), in cash, a fast close, and we got to lease our home for free for the next month after closing! Totally amazing! Kent is knowledgeable, super friendly, and incredibly generous. He was with us at our closing to give guidance and help. Kent was truly wonderful to work with. When my husband and I began our search for our first home, we really had no idea what we were doing. Kent was kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. He was never pushy, he never pressured us and he always gave us his complete undivided attention. I don't think he was ever less than 20 minutes early to look at a home. I would absolutely recommend Kent!

You don't always get a Realtor with the expertise, experience, and helpful negotiation suggestions that Kent brings to selling a home.  He does it with professionalism and tact.  Kent  targeted a price for us that was inline with the comparables in our neighborhood, but in the end we sold for tens of thousands more than what we had listed our home for!  Much of what Kent did definitely helped us to achieve that -- I think that his pricing strategy, his marketing (painting a neighborhood-level picture), his network, his landscaping/remodel contacts, and his home update suggestions helped us get there.  One thing that happened to us was that we got an all-cash offer the first weekend our home hit the market, for significantly higher than our asking price.  While everyone was excited to move quickly to accept the offer, Kent was humble enough to slow down when I felt like it might be necessary and just wait a little bit longer to see what else might materialize.  It worked out, and we actually got another offer for an even higher price than the original.  So, combining competent advice with flexibility, Kent helped us get the best deal for our home.  One other thing Kent did was he helped us keep the end goal in mind when inevitably the buyers requested some concessions during the option period (and so we conceded a bit, but maintained a happy buyer).  He also advised us that while the second offer wasn’t an all-cash offer, he had done his homework and said he felt confident that the financing would come through.  He was right, and in the end, we are thrilled with how everything went.  Hire Kent!!
