Market Update: Record-breaking sales in 2017

Central Texas had yet another record-breaking year for total homes sold with 30,059 single-family home sales, an increase of 2% when compared to 2016.

In the city of Austin the median home price for single-family homes increased to $362K, an all time high. 

In the month of December sales increased by 13.4% to 802 sales for the month and we've seen the common trend of housing inventory decreasing year after year.
