A Texas native and Austin resident for more than 40 years, Kent brings over two decades of real estate experience and a calm, thoughtful approach to the people he represents. He helps clients see their options clearly and work through decisions with perspective.
He served as the 2024 President of the Austin Board of REALTORS® and received its 2025 REALTOR® of the Year honor.
His community involvement includes Community First! Village, Hungry Souls, and Red Oak Hope.
A seventh-generation Texan, Kim has lived abroad and across the country, but Austin has always drawn her back. Her background in finance, operations, and sales brings a practical perspective to her work with clients.
Away from work, you’ll often find her on a pickleball court or enjoying live music. She also contributes to First Tee, which helps young people build confidence and leadership through golf.
Raised in Pflugerville, Lauren brings a background in business banking and real estate lending to her work. She helps clients understand the financial side of a move while keeping sight of the personal decisions that come with it.
Her community involvement includes HAAM, Austin Opera, and the Junior League of Austin. She enjoys live music, travel, golf, and time with her family and their Aussie, Yogi.
A native Austinite with more than 24 years in the real estate industry, Emily helps clients with local moves and relocation throughout Central Texas. Her background in design adds a useful eye for staging, space planning, and a home’s potential.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, painting, and spending time with her family.
Margaret brings corporate and agency experience, close attention to the numbers, and a talent for finding the story that makes a property distinct. She has been part of the team for more than a decade.
She’s a mother of two and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Austin. Her community work has also included helping shape Dripping Springs’ long-term comprehensive plan.
Paige brings a storyteller’s eye to real estate marketing. After more than a decade working alongside Kent, she knows how to find the details that give a home its character and carry them through the team’s marketing.
She’s also a singer and writer, performing with The Reverent Few and PAACK. Her creative work and community involvement are rooted in Austin’s music scene.
